Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp Participant

- Worked on CRM Analytics, RFM Analytics, CLTV, A/B Testing, and Content/ User-Based Recommendation with real-world company data by using Python. - Linear and Logistic Regression, Pipeline, KNN, Imbalanced Datasets, Random Forest, and Unsupervised Learning concepts were learned. Extra training in Agile & Scrum was taken. - Organized a team have 5 members, and worked on a prediction project by using LightGBM. Data obtained with web scraping was used. A machine learning pipeline was created. For the presentation, the Django framework was chosen to form a web page.

Also with that team started preparing for IATF 16949 to work with battery companies in automotive. - Communication was maintained regularly about quality, production, improvement activities, CAPA, 8D, etc. with our customers such as VESTEL, Arcelik Global, Inci GS YUASA. - Investigated and projected the market to find innovative plastic goods and their potential customers. They were projected and done feasibility studies. - Developed processes of post-production and stock management, cost of shipments decreased by 14% a year. - Technical purchasing costs have been reduced without sacrificing quality. The supplier network has been expanded.

- Netsis ERP was integrated into the company. BOMs, stations, employees, and customer orders were organized to get the MRP ready. - Yamazumi studies were done in all stations. Bottlenecks were eliminated and total assembly work efficiency increased by 66.67%. - Modal changing time was decreased by using SMED techniques in production. Employees were given 5S trainings.
