Tredence is an analytics services company focused on delivering solutions that bring competitive advantage and then help ensure those solutions are successfully implemented down to the front lines. ● Increase Client's store efficiency by 15% by analyzing store performance data in SQL/PySpark to find 10 improvement areas & provide 6 leaders a quantified way to measure a store manager’s performance. ● Raise data accuracy by 30% through developing & implementing data mining steps like removing duplicates for quality assurance processes in new pipelines by manipulating data in different Hive tables & CSV files. ● Decrease communication errors by 30% by developing 9 data pipelines and documenting all the project details in preparation for a knowledge transfer with Confluence to raise team collaboration/communication. ● Manage the entire data processing pipeline for 3 executives using 4 Power BI dashboards & Power Automate & adopt a performance score methodology for each technology segment to increase speed to delivery. ● Implement robust data cleaning and transformation procedures on employee data by performing data integrity checks, standardizing the data, and storing all data types in their default format to increase data accuracy.
