Investment Data Analyst

Serve as FactSet (financial data software) and MPI Stylus (cloud-based reporting application) co-owner and subject matter expert within the Strategic Advisors business unit at a multinational financial services and asset management corporation. Collaborate on a 10-person Data Strategy and Investment Decision Support team and support a 30-person Research team performing fundamental and quantitative investment analysis. Work extensively with Morningstar (financial research system) data, internal databases, and reporting tools. Partner with Business and Technology teams to create custom databases, reports, investment models, and solutions for Investment Services, Risk Management, and Enterprise teams. Increased productivity and efficiency by 10-15%. Optimized systems and processes, automated key reporting functions, and installed tracking mechanisms and monitoring tools.
