Medical Scribe

• Delivered clinical documentation & electronic medical record (EMR) management of patient encounters for healthcare providers remotely and learned from dozens of highly-qualified physicians during tenure. • Directed accurate and detailed record management, formulating dozens of patient notes from live video feed/recordings of real-life patient encounters with physicians, and recorded symptoms, patient history, etc. • Built wide-ranging awareness and knowledge of business medical practices, processes and procedures, alongside critical skills such as confidential records and insurance claim management, and medical coding. • Formulated and wrote up specific patient plans based on the details of the encounter and medical professionals' recommendations. Managed insurance claims and gained understanding of provider reimbursement for services. • Managed electronic medical records to access prior notes, formulate concise patient histories, document accurate physical examinations, and ensure notes were sent and received by relevant healthcare professionals swiftly.
