Working on developing a semantic search using natural language processing. Implementing state-of-the-art semantic search. Experimented with WordNet, FastText, Word2Vec, BERT, Soft Cosine similarity, knowledge graphs. Implemented word embeddings using Gensim, and also implemented custom word embeddings, document embeddings, dependency parsers, etc. Implemented spell checks with phonetic schemes like double-metaphone and soundex; and edit-distance. Implemented Learning to Rank models using Bi-directional GRU/LSTMs Designed and implemented a scalable and modular Flask app to expose the various ML models developed during this process.
