Product Manager - NCR Hospitality (Small & Medium Business)

As a Product Manager, I defined product strategy and requirements based on customer feedback and market research, while also leading/influencing cross-functional teams to deliver against business objectives and customer requirements. - Managed and Led a team of 30+ from across functions (engineering, product, and design) based in the United States, Czech Republic, and India and holding them accountable to deliver on all the phases of the product lifecycle while also communication and expectations (customers, sales, marketing, support, and the leadership team). - Led End-of-Life strategy for iOS app, reducing yearly CAPEX by ~$3M and increasing ARPU, resulting in an incremental SaaS revenue growth of ~$9M annually. - Improved user interface and experience for NCR Hospitality’s next- generation cloud-native B2B SaaS commerce platform, supporting a 4-year growth plan to quadruple site penetration and recurring revenue. - Developed a business case for NCR to enter the small & medium business retail segment with a revenue potential of ~$100M (Market research, competitive analysis, current-state and gap analysis and defining the future state) - Developed a roadmap for the cloud-native back office solution, generating annual SaaS revenue of ~$10M. Product Analyst - NCR Retail (Emerald)

As a Product Analyst, I translated product priorities and user requests into epics and user stories while prioritizing the product backlog, and facilitating scrum team meetings (backlog grooming, stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives, and demos) while also managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features. - Managed and led a team of 20+ cross-functional members (UI/UX, Product Owners and Engineers) in the United States, Israel and India, ensuring successful product lifecycle execution and stakeholder management. - Improved Say/Do ratio of solution integration and testing team to 100%, leading prioritization of the testing roadmap and driving process changes. - Led the product strategy for automating deployment and implementing solution-wide monitoring for NCR Emerald, resulting in over 50% reduction in deployment time and costs. - Delivered the next-generation user interface of NCR Retail’s flagship cloud- based B2B SaaS commerce platform (Emerald), resulting in a $47M TCV (5 years) deal with a top 5 US grocer while also demoing the product and managing customer expectations and relations. - Identified market opportunity of ~$80M for expansion of NCR Emerald to Italy after performing extensive market research
