❖ Maintained and improved the legacy billing pipeline to extract, transform, and load trade data into SQL, generating nightly reports and monthly invoices. ❖ Implemented monthly anomaly detection reports, which improved the accuracy of monthly invoices for clients and reduced billing errors. ❖ Enhanced the billing guideline pipeline by implementing proactive checks and automated email notifications for errors (missing files, empty data, etc.), significantly reducing client complaints about missing reports and enabling faster issue resolution before morning. ❖ Created custom business and compliance reports using Pandas, NumPy, and XlsxWriter.
