Senior Technical Support Analyst

• Technical Support for the TheraDoc product that Premier offers. Using our Oracle databases to troubleshoot issues and uncover issues with our members data using data analytic skills. • Handle inbound calls and requests as needed while providing excellent customer service • I carry out all of my job responsibilities with minimal level of management involvement and escalate to the appropriate parties when needed • Communicate across the team to solve in the moment problems and adjust strategies to meet our customer’s needs • Build SQL queries to pull and analyze data from various databases for the tickets I am working and share them with the team • Experience working with large datasets • Taken on helping train and mentor less experienced peers as needed by providing cheat sheets and guidance on tickets being worked • Efficient at using Salesforce as I've been able to handled a large case load of over 1,000 cases this fiscal year and work with the appropriate parties to help the department meet desired SLA's. • Every morning I am taking care of the over night alerts that come in our Alert Ops system • Assist and take lead on the Windows Migration projects that our team has to complete which consist of managing communications with the infrastructure team, overseeing server ordering, prepping the servers, creating and assigning tickets, updating the migration spreadsheet, and submitting decommission requests as needed. • Volunteered to help with the Clinical Assistant App for TheraDoc for iOS • Complete Milliman's requests as part of a specialized group to provide necessary provisioning at Premier • I have created multiple cheat sheets as guides to help take care of multiple pager and SE issues that I have added to the teams OneNote • Able to use a multitude of Microsoft 365 products including Office, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint
