I am responsible for the data architecture and governance pillar, providing support to the entire organization and partners. My activities include: - Generating databases, data analysis, and creating cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform, using Databricks (Spark), Data Lake Gen2 and SQL Database (Azure Synapse Analytics) for efficient and scalable data management. Business Intelligence Specialist

I worked making interactive Power BI dashboards for clients (social institutions) who wanted to assess or study a specific social topic such as inequality, poverty, education and others. In 2022 I made 19 Power BI Reports and several maintenances and refactoring of existing Power BI Reports. To make this possible I used Power BI and SQL to query and wrangle data from Cloud (Data Lakehouse).

AmBev's management system is the VPO, which is a system similar to WCM, so my activities are divided according to the pillars: - Management: Perform DTO (Operational Work Diagnoses), investigate and discuss problems, documenting solutions and lessons learned through anomaly reporting, 5WHYs, ishikawa diagram and other management tools; - People: The team has 20 operators, 20 people with different personal development goals within AmBev, in this pillar my goal, in addition to knowledge management and people in the team to ensure the company's goals, is to allocate the team according to the desire of growth and individual capacity of each one, ensuring an environment with psychological safety; -Maintenance: Ensure the execution of autonomous maintenance of the operation, in order to optimize the relationship between production and cleaning, ensure the execution and correct confirmation of operational maintenance orders in SAP; I also created procedures and checklists, the emphasis in the latter was on digitizing the checklists, which ensured greater adherence to the operation and considerably improved data management. (The internship project is in the project field in this profile); - Quality: Ensure compliance with the Technical Standard for Processes, which includes the analytical frequency and correct input of data in their respective specification ranges, to maintain the traceability of the batches produced.; - Security: Investigate and document incidents, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, recognitions and deploy security actions for the team; - Environment: Deploy environmental actions and ensure the quality record of environmental occurrences and incidents; - Logistics: Ensure FIFO compliance and correct storage of soft drink production inputs. Also ensure the correct delivery of the Bag in Box production.
