Duties included 1. Define and optimize the production process and fixtures 2. Online printer machine parameter adjustment and reflow furnace temperature preparation. 3. Lead the assessment and import of new materials and new processes. 4. Participate in cross-departmental coordination and cooperate with production, quality, testing, and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency. 5. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously revise them for the Operator to comprehend effortlessly. Achievement 1. Solved the metal adheres issue with the solder. 2. Optimized Reflow furnace temperature parameter toward the best quality melting. 3. Responsibility for the Root Cause and Corrective Action(RCCA) for a new Google customer's Motherboard model. Experience 1. Confirming assembly components for usage with BOM on Agile product lifecycle management system. 2. Working on the night shift. 3. Preparing new model SOPs with my colleague and verifying their correction.
