Part of the acquisition of Ultra Music to SONY SME: Record, reconcile and communicate monthly recharges (US physical distribution charges to record labels; regional office departmental charges) Collaborate on monthly forecasting inc. management report from financial reporting system for US physical and digital sales Set up new AP vendors and prepare AP coding sheets, process and review invoices. Prepare and distribute monthly overhead and T&E reports to department Create journal entries as needed Reading multiple types of contracts, statements, and agreements, creating royalty accounts, resolving all tax entity issues and accountability terms. Navigating multiple SONY SME internal systems. Vertical and Horizontal correspondence within and outside the organization. Additional ad hoc special projects.
