About Me
Yassin is a Staff Engineer at DataCamp, where he focuses on AI-powered learning experiences. He was a member of the technical founding team at Optima, an AI-native learning platform acquired by DataCamp in 2025. Previously, Yassin spent four years at Talabat (part of Delivery Hero), where he led the effort to build the company's in-house fraud prevention solution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and a Master's degree in Data Science from Heriot-Watt University.
