Postdoctoral fellow

• Utilized co-IP and Mass spectrometry to find a new EZH2 interaction protein, Ku80 which bridges the interaction between the DNA-PK complex and EZH2, thus facilitating EZH2 phosphorylation. • Discovered that EZH2 inhibition increased the DNA damage level at the late phase of T cell activation. • Revealed a novel functional crosstalk between epigenetic regulation and genomic integrity.

• Managed innovative antibody discovery and development projects by taking ownership of experiment design, execution, and data analysis • Co-authored 1 patent in application for therapeutic antibody discovery and characterization. • Managed teams focusing on VHH discovery with phage display and antibody screening and validation including binding affinity, blocking, epitope binning, KD, sequencing analysis. • Developed and optimized multiple in vitro immune assays (ADCC, CDC, cell cytotoxicity, internalization) using a variety of techniques including FACS, ELISA, IncuCyte, and Gator • Train junior scientists and managed company inventory

Postdoctoral Fellow

• Isolated the primary T cell and explored the role of glutamine metabolism on lysosomal function and how it contributes to autoimmune disease RA • Initiated the collaboration to use isotope 13C glutamine to detect the glutamine flux in T cells and seahorse to detect the glutaminolysis • Established the RA mouse model with Human Synovial Tissue–NSG Mouse Chimeras
