Renewable Energy Forecasting

Use Data Science for forecasting and modelling whether and power produced by Renewable Energy Sources (RES) : - Data exploration for wind and Solar Forecasting - Plotting this data using R and Python. - Deterministic Energy Forecasting of power generated by RES: - Using physical model (Equation) of power curve generated by a turbine. - Using statistical model of power generated by a solar panel, based on history of different variables as temperature and solar radiation versus generated power. - Evaluate models using metrics as Mean Absolute Error (MAE). - Probabilistic Energy Forecasting including uncertainties related to weather and random behavior of consumers: - Using quantile regression to produce probabilistic forecasting - Evaluating probabilistic forecasts using concepts of reliability and sharpness. - Identify best probabilistic forecast from 4 different ones based on reliability and sharpness diagram.

Apprentice

The battle of neighborhoods - Where can I start my restauration business in Paris: - Extraction data from databases of city of Paris. - Cleaning data and extraction of useful data. - Understanding data and datasets - Using map visualization to view different restaurants in different neighborhoods in Paris. - Using word cloud to show dominant restauration category in Paris. - Using bar charts to visualize number of farmer markets that are located in city of Paris. - Clustering neighborhoods into 2 clusters: (cluster1: Untapped market where I can start my restaurant business and cluster2: Saturated market) using machine learning (K-Mean algorithm).

Optimization of energy consumption of solar house with uncertainties: - Description of solar house. - Defining optimization problem. - Modelling uncertainties related to meteorological conditions and behaviour of consumers using Markov chain and Artificial neural network (programmation in MATLAB). - Solving optimization problem using MATLAB. - Interfacing of the Matlab code with a Schneider M340 PLC using an OPC server.

Stage Projet de Fin d'Etude

Automatisation et supervision d'une station de pompage pour l'alimentation en eau potable des populations rurales de la région de Safi et d’El Jadida. - Câblage électrique, - Bilan de puissance, - Stratégie de fonctionnement, - Automatisation et programmation des automates, - Télégestion et configuration de module GSM, - Supervision d'une station de pompage et conception graphique du système de supervision en utilisant VijeoCitect.

Etude de l'architecture Main-Tie-Main dans le projet Slurry Pipeline de Jorf Lasfar et integration d'un groupe électrogène.
