• Signed up 25+ people for BE-EDGE Consult-a-thon™ (event wherein international case consultants collaborate intensively on American case clients' business problems). In WordPress, created 4 landing pages and promoted the event via social media, local influencers, and in-person during gatherings of the target group. • Identified market need for employability services and events for educated foreigners, immigrants, and refugees through surveys, interviews, search trends monitoring, social media mining, online chatter analysis, etc. • Increased productivity of the team by restricting all internal communications from 5 to 2 apps and providing tech support.
