My main task was to promote AirtelTigo products and quality of service. This includes; Sales of SIM cards, Mifis, cell phones and registration for Airtel-Tigo Money, AirtelTigo Insurance, and other services. During this time, my team and I have worked together to become the best team in Southern sector and Central region of Ghana.

Collaborated with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of clients’ financial and bio-data used in calculations. Assisted in investigations for clients’ claims processing. Assisted in making policy endorsement upon request and cleaning data using Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) Performed Data Analytics on claims data to determine clients’ risk exposure.
