Worked in an Agile Scrum team together with different parties on the same IT solution for Vodafone Ziggo. As business consultant - Process designer I've worked closely with IT developers, product owners, scrum masters, members from the designated IT solution supplier and with end users. For this project I had to get a quick understanding of the business (challenge) and my stakeholders. I've gathered business requirements and was able to translate these into actual Business Use Cases. Furthermore, I was responsible for designing multiple BPMN's for the IT development team. These BPMN's were thoroughly tested by peers and then shared with my stakeholders. I've helped preparing the implementation of the IT solution and designed Test Cases. I was able to test my cases with End Users and report my findings to my stakeholders and share bugs; unexpected items and/or behaviors with the IT developers and IT solution supplier to be resolved.

After my onboarding i was involved with transferring existing BPMN models from BPM tool ADONIS to BPM tool Signavio. After receiving internal and external training sessions on both tools, I was able to put my developed skills in practice. After transferring the BPMN models, i've added value by adjusting the models up to VodafoneZiggo's conventions and adding more information to make these models more user friendly to read and use. These models have been tested and are now published/integrated in the library of VodafoneZiggo.
