• Supervised RA Analysts responsible for providing end-to-end assurance for postpaid, interconnect , prepaid and Vodafone Cash. • Coordinated the Identification and implementation of new controls based on new risks to the business • Led my team to automate key Revenue Assurance controls in order to improve efficiency. This involved setting up a data store with associated data loading and reporting modules using SAP Business Objects BI 4.2. • Led the implementation of additional controls to tackle Data/GPRS as a key risk area which addressed data bundle subscription fraud. • Led analysis of agents/freelancers which successfully exposed abuse resulting in reformations in the commissions structure. This received senior management attention. • Assisted with the product testing, quality assurance, validation, implementation of new products. • Responsible for management and group reporting on leakages and financial impact • Performed ad hoc analysis and presentations as required by senior management.

BI ETL Lead

• Led local implementation of Business Intelligence Reporting project based on Microsoft BI Stack to replace a non-functional and expensive one. This resulted greatly in OPEX savings for which I was presented a Vodafone Local Hero Award. • Implemented Business Activity Monitoring(BAM) dashboards that provided the Marketing and Commercial teams a first time access to near real-time information. • Provided best practice guidance and mentoring of BI applications to business users. • Trained and supervised IT analyst to support BI system.

• Administrator for the operational Data Warehouse System. • Integrated new data sources into existing Data Warehouse. • Developed many reports and cubes using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). • Consultant on Data Warehouse project implementations in 5 Opcos (Sierra Leone, Chad, Laos, Sri Lanka , Rwanda).
