Brand Development * Designed a predictive model using Carto mapping, sociodemographic, geospatial, and internal H&M data to recommend optimal locations for new store openings, maximizing potential revenue. * Built a framework to identify and focus on the Fashion Aspirer target segment, working closely with stakeholders to define business needs. The model supports H&M's strategic decision-making in expanding and relaunching brands across different markets. Content Personalization: * Improved the recommender model for Styleboards (curated clothing collections), significantly increasing CTR and user interaction in the styleboard section. * Contributed a personalization model for H&M's brand entrance section, enhancing user engagement across the platform.
