Manages a help-desk team and provides overall contract management support including coordinating monthly reporting and financial tracking. - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. Providing overall contract management support including coordinating monthly reporting and financial tracking for four task orders under this contract. - DHS U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations Administrative Support Services. Supported candidate sourcing and recruitment; monthly reporting and financial tracking. - DOT’s National Highway Transportation Safety Administration Emergency Medical Services Agenda for the Future. Supported logistics and reporting for this project that created a new, forward-looking visionary document for the EMS industry. • Supports business development activities including the preparation of responses to solicitations issued by the General Services Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Energy, and NOAA. • Collaborates with the Information Technology department to help create and implement Redhorse security standards and controls; using ISO 27001:2013 and NIST 800-171 requirement standards. • Plans and coordinates Information Security initiatives in partnership with Redhorse’s IT Department, including the initiation of information security and quality audits against defined security controls. • As a member of Redhorse’s Quality Management Group, supports company appraisal efforts to achieve and maintain its Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services and Development Level III and International Organization for Standardization 9001:2015, 20000-1:2018, 27001:2013. • Manages and monitors Redhorse’s Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System account.
