YourGamePlan is a digital e-learning platform designed to give every student the confidence and start they need to pursue a professional career without going to uni. Since launching to school/colleges and students in 2020, YourGamePlan aspires to become a tool to equip students for life beyond education. Including supporting with wellbeing, money management, employment skills and digital skills. Main roles: - Support schools/colleges using YourGamePlan and provide demos for new teachers using YourGamePlan - Working with LEPs/Local Councils and charities to ensure all young people have access to YourGamePlan - Report on platform growth and performance using WordPress and Google Analytics - Supporting to delivery new projects such as managing relationships with partners and employer clients working with YourGamePlan - Liaising with marketing and web development agency to improve experience for users on YourGamePlan

• Developed my time management skills as I balanced my role of organising the radio schedule and overseeing the members of the society who had daytime shows, with my studies and other responsibilities. • Enhanced my communication skills, firstly through teaching how to use the broadcasting equipment to new members and through broadcasting my own show I was able to have clear and concise links between songs. • Improved my interpersonal skills by building relationships with students studying a variety of different subjects in varying stages of their education.
