Early-stage fund and collective umbrella of specialized syndicates dedicated to investing in companies from pre-seed through pre-IPO stages. Our team comprises founders and operators from diverse backgrounds bringing a wealth of experience. Since inception, we’ve successfully raised and deployed over $33m in funding to support the growth of 175+ startups. My role comprises working part-time in Investment, Operations, and Investor Relationship. Investment: - Sourcing to Execution of Investments. Acting as an IC, actively cultivating relationships with VCs and Founders to access exclusive deal flow. Operations: - Building and maintaining a comprehensive LP database (12k+ LPs). Outreach and DVC online presence enhancing. Investor Relationship: - Reaching out to relevant LPs, attracting more investors, and increasing the investment volume.

At the end of 2020, motivated to promote knowledge, investment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and technology in Brazil and Latin America, I realized that FAAP (my bachelor's university) did not have an Alumni Angel group. After a few weeks of researching other angel groups, I continued this initiative. In early 2021, I contacted former colleagues and set up a team to Found FAAP ANGELS. No final de 2020, motivado em fomentar conhecimento e oportunidades de investimento e empreendedorismo e tecnologia no Brasil e America Latina, percebi que a FAAP não possuia um grupo de anjos. From desk research, pricing analysis for financial model assumptions, transaction due diligence, to negotiations with national and international shopping mall operators and Private Equities, including participation in the development of 7 Financial Models. - Structured a sell side project for one of the Largest Japanese corporate groups in the world. Total initial farmland acquisition sought of £45m. Developed transaction strategy, bespoke pricing analysis for 3 different farmland regions and deal structuring across 3 countries including tax, legal, regulatory along with long/short list of potential investors. Presented to the company GM who came from Japan for the meeting. - Structured the Valuation along the go to market strategy of a HealthTech Startup valued at £25m. Project included primary and secondary market research, development of business and strategic expansion plan, IM, Executive Summary and Financial Model. Researched and build long/short list of potential investors. - Carve Out project - Amcor acquisition of Souza Cruz’s internal tobacco packaging operations located in Cachoeirinha, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil for approximately US$30 million. Performed extensive market research, developed Information Memorandum, Executive Summary and Teaser. Liaised with client and EY Operational Transactional Services and Valuation areas. - Sell side project of a Printing facility in the Northwest of Brazil with annual revenues of £29m, 150 employees, yearly printing volume of 23.400 tonnes of paper. The valuation of the company was £45m. Performed market research, developed Information Memorandum, Executive Summary, Teaser and build assumptions and calculations for Financial Model.

Most relevant projects include: - Member of the Project Management team of 4 in the implementation of Basel II for Brazil’s second largest private bank. Was allocated into the project to structure the implementation project of 12 fronts with over 30k lines of activities. Structured the monitoring program, trained and developed bank employees to manage the project. - Worked with the second largest insurance company of Brazil and Latam: Mapped the end-to-end process for issuing health insurance. Identifying and improving several bottlenecks and pain points. Mapped the process of issuing a credit card with the intention of integrating with the issuing of health insurance. - Leading global financial-services bank. Worked with Change Management mapping all areas involved, including local regulatory processes, developed internal communication plan, training materials and employees training.

Working with Project Management. Structured and deployed new processes, products, communication channels remodelling, branch adaptation and IVR (Interactive Voice Response). - Extensive Process Mapping project in the largest franchisee in the world: Mapped all processes including risk mapping of the treasury. Identifying inefficiencies in the as-is processes. Designed the new to-be business process, workflow clarification, improvements and manuals.
