Big Data Engineer

Built a dashboard using Power BI and PostgreSQL for daily monitoring of the COVID vaccination process in the Dominican Republic. Developed reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL for the daily monitoring of the activities of our different clients and their commercial KPIs. Implemented a sentiment analysis model using Python and dashboard using Power BI to monitor and measure customer perception of the phone company and its services, suggesting strategies to increase engagement by 15% per year. Built a dashboard using the automated collection of excel reports that allows monitoring the entry and exit of products from a warehouse and reduces the loss of time searching for products by 18% per month.
