Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, I'm responsible for core, company-wide digital marketing work as well as leading Marketing strategy and execution for a core line of HealthSherpa's business. Marketing Strategy: - Developed B2B marketing priorities, established KPI’s, and created processes for tracking engagement across Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Redash, and Activecampaign. - Produced quarterly reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, including suggestions to the executive team on where to reprioritize effort. Corporate Communications: - Managed the communication and led cross-functional execution on 4 critical, company-wide projects. Product Marketing:  - Aligned with the Product team to synchronize the product roadmap with the marketing campaign calendar by leading the work on documentation for internal and external documentation. - Developed tools to streamline the work between product and marketing in support of product changes. Content Marketing and SEO: - Wrote top-ranked blog posts and created webinar decks on ACA policy changes due to COVID-19, such as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP), which grew blog visitors by 32% within 2 quarters and increased conversion by 500% YoY. Email Marketing: - Continued to iterate on my existing email marketing strategy, through further segmentation and automation. - Maintained high average open and click through rates as the email list has grown 120% since 2019.

In this role, I was responsible for testing and improving on existing email marketing efforts. I also developed a digital marketing strategy, tested it, and tracked performance of different tactics during my first 6 months to create a digital marketing foundation for a major line of HealthSherpa's business. Email Marketing: - Managed a migration to a new email service provider. Standardized tracking to establish ROI of email marketing efforts. Within 6 months, ramped up deliverability of emails which resulted in a doubling of open, click rates, and conversions from automations. At 1 year, maintained these email metrics as our contact lists have grown by 50%.
