Develops data architecture, data culture, and structure of Analytics team in a way that maximizes the efficient delivery of varied analyses to organizational wide leadership while ensuring data integrity and standardization. Provides thought-leadership and oversight for the development of critical analytic solution(s) in support of pharmacy cost and utilization management goals. Responsible for providing leadership and oversight for pharmacy analyst staff; financial analyses; design, generation and interpretation of reports and dashboards; and presentation of key findings. Validating and presenting findings to stakeholders by expressing assumptions and validation work in a way that can be easily understood. Provide guidance for standardization of analytic processes for the Pharmacy Enterprise including the 340B Program, Contract Pharmacy, Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Business Analytics.
