Additionally, I offer advice and recommendations based on the findings obtained through my analysis. Facilities Management Specialist

As maintenance manager, my main function was to ensure the proper functioning of the building's facilities and equipment. My tasks included supervising and coordinating the staff in charge, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, monitoring and controlling the assigned budget, and managing suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of the contracted services. Additionally, I was responsible for identifying and solving technical problems and implementing improvements and optimizations in the maintenance processes.
