Fraud Analyst

- Detect and prevent e-commerce fraud and identity theft by monitoring and reviewing B2C & B2B orders - Continuously monitor the transaction watch list's performance to proactively detect potential fraudulent activities - Utilise PostgreSQL to query databases, analyzing data to uncover fraud patterns - Employ Python programming to generate and analyze fraud reports and customer activity, enabling the identification of trends and sources associated with fraudulent activity - Conduct root cause analysis of fraud attacks to identify solutions and potential system gaps - Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and implement fraud pattern models - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including Legal, Data Science, Credit Risk, Debt Collection and other partners, to effectively address and respond to fraud-related incidents - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of resources for data analysis and investigations - Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
