Performance Management Intern

During the internship I worked closely with the process owner of performance management in charge of creating systems to evaluate the performance of Ørsted’s employees. I completed a report of the performance systems strengths and weaknesses using the latest theory. The report included an assesment of the cost of the system and suggestions on how to improve it.
