Recruitment Analyst

- Play a leading role in the identification, tracking and monitoring of players from senior and emerging talent markets. - Statistical profiling of players in line with our playing philosophy and positional requirements. - Conduct extensive video analysis on targeted players from designated leagues/teams. - Create video reports on targeted players to support decision making process. - Maintain active technical recruitment shortlists to ensure effective tracking and monitoring of players. - Carry out background research and due diligence on players of interest to support the decision-making process. - Creation of detailed player dossiers and presentations for key stakeholders. - Creation of player videos, using industry leading video analysis software and video annotation tools. - Gather market intelligence to support the scouting and recruitment process. - Collaborate with the data analyst and contribute to the development new metrics and tools to support the scouting and recruitment process. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration exists within the department to drive innovation & growth.
