A one-month internship at technology start-up company. The firm focuses on delivering web and mobile applications for clients to generate business value. - Generated the user manual documentation that included the feature description and instruction on how to use the web application implemented by the developer team. - Gathered and analysed users requirements that involve face-to-face communication with clients. The process involved simplified and transformed to visualisation such as use case diagram and sequence diagram to assist the communications among system analysts, software developers and clients. - Assisted the technology team to test the system, detected and reported any system error to developers prior system deployment and demo stage with clients. - Designed and created low-fidelity and high-fidelity web application prototypes according to the user’s requirements and branding. This prototype was used by the developers for further system implementation and the system analyst to communicate with clients.
