✅ Product analytics for a high-growth consumer platform: • Defined tracking strategy and key product metrics, ensuring consistent and scalable measurement across the product. • Owned end-to-end tracking implementation for new features (event schemas, documentation, developer tickets, QA), ensuring accurate data collection (GA4, Amplitude, GTM). • Monitored weekly release performance, validating data integrity and assessing feature impact; proactively flagged issues and anomalies post-release. • Investigated data discrepancies and metric fluctuations, identifying root causes, restoring data reliability, and providing insights into key drivers behind changes in user behaviour and product metrics. • Analysed user behaviour across web and app journeys, identifying drop-offs and opportunities to improve user experience and engagement, supporting prioritisation of product improvements based on data insights and expected impact. • Queried and validated data using SQL (BigQuery, MongoDB), and used Python for automation of data processes and reporting workflows, ensuring consistency across analytics tools and data sources. • Built dashboards in Looker and Amplitude, enabling self-serve analytics and improving data accessibility for product and marketing teams. • Established analytics documentation and metric definitions, creating a single source of truth and improving cross-team alignment. • Supported A/B testing and feature evaluation, including experiment validation, results analysis, and assessing impact on key product metrics. • Delivered training sessions and collaborated with product managers, developers, QA, and senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and support product planning and prioritisation.
