Pivot Tables in Excel

Join us for this hands-on training where you will learn how to analyze survey data using pivot tables and charts in Microsoft Excel. You'll learn how to go from raw data to efficient data analysis as well as how to create dynamic visualizations. This session runs for 2.5 hours, allowing you time to really immerse yourself in the subject.

What will I learn?

You will learn how to:

• Prepare raw data for use in analysis using data tables.

• Create pivot tables and adjust the inputs to reflect the type analysis you want to perform.

• Use pivot charts to visualize pivot tables.

What should I prepare?

Learners should have access to Excel or Google Sheets. The session will be based in Excel.

Who should attend?

This course is open to all DataCamp Premium learners, looking to go beyond simple analysis based on formulas to more efficient analysis using pivot tables. We recommend that you have taken the following course before attending:
