Work as a Data Analyst within a centralized data cell, supporting multiple strategic business units including Payroll-deducted Credit, Fraud Monitoring, Internal Investigations, Pre-Fraud Pipelines and Back Office operations. Key responsibilities and contributions: - Design, development and maintenance of data pipelines feeding Snowflake, including creation and management of analytical tables. - Translation of business rules into fraud monitoring systems operating under high transaction volumes, using Airflow and Kubernetes. - Development of internal applications (AppSheet and Streamlit) to replace spreadsheets and manual processes, ensuring governance, logging and traceability. - Creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for operational and strategic monitoring, including PIX, TED and Boleto transactions. - Automation of critical reports, transforming manual deliveries into real-time data products. - Participation in machine learning projects for fraud and risk detection, applying comparative approaches across algorithms (e.g., decision trees, clustering) to select the most appropriate model for each use case. - Data validation and quality control through cross-checking official data sources, sampling techniques and data modeling practices. - Support to internal audits and compliance processes as a data provider. - Delivery and continuous maintenance of approximately 58 projects, including automation, system enhancement and operational data solutions. - Operation in high-demand, resource-constrained environments, leveraging automation and data engineering practices to scale delivery capacity.
