The initiative targets students in grades four to six across the Arab Republic of Egypt, aiming to enhance their technological skills. In my capacity as a Coding Instructor, I am dedicated to empowering and equipping schoolchildren with coding skills through this program. I am not only guide students in learning programming languages, such as Python, using innovative techniques like mBlock, but also provide insights into Python programming, AI, and ML, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.

☞ Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative (DECI) is a 5 - year program with the MCIT ( Ministry of Communications and Information Technology ) to train and upskill Egyptian students aged 12-17 to become the digital leaders of the future . Specializations include programming , data science , Al , cyber security , and autonomous systems . The program is structured on blended learning , accompanied by community engagement through a gamified experience . ☞ My Responsibilities as a Site Supervisor is: ◈ Auditing in-person sessions using a provided rubric. ◈ Reporting performance data every month - reports format. ◈ Providing specific, actionable feedback to Student Guides regarding their interactions with students, delivery of provided materials, etc. ◈ Syncing with the performance team to raise concerns, provide performance insights, etc. ◈ Tracking students' attendance and reporting it to the Performance Team within 12 hrs of the last visit. ◈ Ensuring Zoom Session Recording to monitor the sessions.
