Graduate Research And Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities Fall 2019 - Spring 2021: 1. Frequency Diverse Array (FDA) contemporary research review and identification of lapses and shortcomings in underlying/fundamental technical assumptions while considering the applications thereof as a primary radar transmitter/receiver. 2. Study of effect of mutual coupling in antenna arrays and its mitigation via pre-distortion of the jointly estimated mutual coupling coefficients. 3. Finite-Difference Time Domain (FDTD) simulations of Frequency Diverse Arrays to study the effect of mutual coupling using High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) with closed boundary conditions while neglecting the Pattern Multiplication effect. Spring 2020: 1. Circuits - I (ELE-241) (Lab) 2. Modern Control Systems (ELE-353) (Lab) 3. Digital Signal Processing (ELE-324) 4. Signal Processing (ELE-323) Summer 2020: 1. Advanced Digital Systems (COE424) 2. Digital Systems (COE224) Fall 2020: 1. Digital Signal Processing (ELE-324) 2. Signal Processing (ELE-323) 3. Electronics-I (ELE-241) Spring 2021: 1. Digital Signal Processing (ELE-324) 2. Signal Processing (ELE-323) 3. Introduction to Signal Processing (ELE-321)

Avionics Design Engineer

Radar Team: Initially, a member of the Radar team to generate ideas for a cost-efficient state of the art air-borne radar. Cockpit design and modeling: This was followed by a change to Cockpit Modelling in correspondence with CAD team. This task comprised a thorough study of MIL-STDs, anthropometrics and design methodology that corresponded and were in strict adherence with the military aircraft cockpit design.

Pakistan International Airlines | Sep 2017 - Oct 2017

Engineering Intern

-An introduction to the PIA, Engineering wing, Karachi. -Followed by an investigative tour through base and line maintenance. Moreover, aviation legislature and the career path towards an AME is second nature. -As an avionics engineer I was supposed to work my way through understanding the avionics system on-board, their working principles, and fail- safe techniques incorporated. -Having completed this internship, I am now quite at ease and thoroughly familiar with the working of an airport behind the scenes, and responsibilities of aircraft engineers. - I now feel very confident discussing aircraft systems, differentiate between most commercial plane (could differentiate fighter planes already).

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra | Mar 2017 - Apr 2017

Engineering Intern

Avionics Production Factory (APF) -Implementing various algorithms. -Developing application specified programs. -Bug detection etc -Pattern detection

Huawei | Mar 2016 - Apr 2016

Engineering Trainee

-Hardware and software implementations, maintenance and configuration. -Issues of BTS node, UMTS, BSC and GSM.
