My duties included the coordination and record keeping of all dosimetry queries for workers who were monitored on site and the reorganisation of the AWR (Agency Worker Regulations) procedure within the branch. My daily tasks include monitoring of 13 week checks for all our workers and coordinating with clients to meet the standard legal requirements and the processing of documentation and classified medicals for workers. During this time I had the challenge of computerising the AWR method which simplified and sped up the process. This furthered my IT skills within Word and Excel and helped develop my communication skills when training staff on the new procedures.
