Stand up and manage the newly-formed Section of Data Analytics (SDA), a collaborative team of technical experts with diverse backgrounds geared towards quantitative analysis. SDA embraces the uncertainty of data to distill its complexities into robust, digestible insights for stakeholders. I direct sophisticated economic, financial, and statistical studies in support of the Board’s mission using modern data analytics tools like Python, R, Tableau, SQL, and cloud infrastructure. I work with diverse teams of OE analysts as they undertake these large and complex analyses using code-based analytics that substantially advance the Board’s understanding of critical issues. I develop best-practices, manage collaborative analyses, and I create infrastructure and tooling to enhance data usage and utility.
