Senior Data Analyst

Zeeto is a self-serve platform that assists companies in acquiring highly-qualified leads and matching them with appropriate ads to maximize ad revenue. Achievements: - I utilized complex SQL (Snowflake) queries to identify and resolve data issues, assess product performance, and support data-driven decisions. My work included implementing a new hypothesis testing project to determine statistical significance and necessary sample sizes, which led to an increase in our creative and thematic experimentation. I also developed a fraud detection process based on identified data patterns, which reduced fraudulent redemptions by more than 75%. - I created boards, reports, dashboards, and explores in Looker, ensured data accuracy with timely updates, set up alerts as needed, and effectively communicated insights to multiple stakeholders to drive performance improvements. - Collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team, I wrote version-controlled LookML, enforced user access controls, validated third-party API data, and optimized query performance for seamless integration into our platform. - I consolidated key campaign metrics into a centralized Looker dashboard, eliminating manual review and saving the team more than 2 hours each day.

Rappi was the first SuperApp in the region that delivers a broad range of products and services such as food, groceries and pharmacy right to your door. Achievements: - I introduced new metrics for cohort segmentation of couriers, built interactive Power BI charts that highlighted retention trends, and enabled the team to identify at-risk courier groups and proactively address churn. - I consolidated over 20 million records across nine countries, designed efficient SQL (Snowflake) queries to filter and aggregate “bad orders” data, and deployed a Power BI dashboard that provided accurate monitoring and actionable insights. - I wrote complex Snowflake queries to extract and attribute taxpayer information for all active couriers, and developed a Power BI dashboard to monitor withholding accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - I defined key metrics for backpack inventory and couriers incentive payments, created and maintained Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy, and analyzed results to generate actionable insights that optimized inventory goals and improved incentive tracking.

Clip enables any business to accept card payments, at anytime and anywhere by turning any smart device into a card terminal. Achievements: - I identified the raw data sources and source tables to design and implement a data attribution flow that tracked every aspect of the new debit card program, from delivered cards and pilot program origins to cardholder details, activations, and transactions, while generating usage and adoption metrics in a Sisense dashboard and using SQL (Snowflake) queries. - I tracked the deprecation of our oldest device by tagging and updating database records for delivered and activated devices, supervising coupon distribution and communications, and removing users from obsolete campaigns. Additionally, I built a Sisense dashboard to monitor progress, resulting in the successful upgrade of over 50% of users within the first three months. - I contributed to the implementation of multiple A/B tests, both in-app and on the website, by formulating hypotheses, running experiments, and tracking results with R and Python, which led to an increase in overall experimentation and improved outcomes. I also collaborated on the new website’s design by providing heatmaps and user-journey insights drawn from Google Analytics, CleverTap, and VWO.

Branch is a FinTech that delivers world-class financial services to the mobile generation by providing loans through an app. Achievements: - I identified key data characteristics by querying Amazon Redshift with SQL and automated the download and processing of Electronic Payment Receipts using an R script, which reduced manual workload by over 50% and successful completion within a tight deadline. - I created dashboards that surfaced real-time KPIs and performance metrics for business and operational teams. Particularly, I built a Debt Collections dashboard in Sisense to monitor debt collection agency performance, enabling data-driven decisions for user distribution and maximizing returns. - I evaluated borrower applications and verified personal information through internal validation frameworks, identified critical KYC metrics, and proposed metric-based improvements that expedited the validation workflow and enhanced fraud detection.
