Reconciliations Specialist/Data Analyst

Basically, all about making sure the company's money records are correct. Bank statement and invoice validation against our internal records. Balance and transaction discrepancy investigation and adjustment. Basically, keeping the company's finances in order, as well as coming up with new ways and solutions to problem-solving, data collection, and process automation. Main tasks: • Control of the internal accounting and accurate representation of transactions in company systems. • Collection and validation of the information about transactions from the counterparties. • Conduction of merchant and bank balance reconciliation. • Acquiring bank balance data, as well as conducting its reconciliation/normalization. • Investigation and resolution of the identified transaction discrepancies (different commissions, chargebacks, fines, etc.). • Process automation via Excel. (Formulas & VBA)
