Credit Analyst

• Assisting the brokers in following the leads and loan assessment to provide customers with excellent services and experience throughout the loan process. • Understanding and solving clients' unique scenarios with lenders' credit policies and ultimately providing solutions in their best interest. • Generating Leads for the brokers via Live Chats, contacting past customers, reaching out to uncontactable leads, and preparing-to-buy clients. • Preparing all application forms to be sent out to the clients and reviewing the lender's checklist prior to submitting any application to the lenders to improve the approval rate. • Communicate with Loan Processing Specialist to address customer queries and lenders' MIRs.
