During my time over here, I provided troubleshooting and repairing of systems with hardware, applications, OS, and network problems. I was also responsible for documenting ongoing functions by creating and updating tickets in line with required plans. It was me who identified and resolved upcoming problems with software, hardware, and network while ensuring applicable technical support. Moreover, I delivered the support with phone calling and other basic networking TCP\IP functions and transmitted technical concepts to non- technical executives /managers for technical workflow. Here are my key contributions for this job role: • Utilized team viewer app to scan antivirus, fix office packages, and install software/apps. • Resolved various minor general and internet issues for non-technical customers with phone connections.

While serving as a Machine Operator, I maintained operating machines to ensure high-quality functioning and optimized performance. I was entrusted to oversee hot stamp machines for production by preparing, cleaning, inspecting, and resetting machines/equipment. One of my major tasks was to maintain the shipping database and prepare lading bills as well as receive, unload, sort, distribute, and track shipment details out of the warehouse. My key success for this position: • Printed credit card visa and Mastercard as well as supervised and monitored credential information to ensure smooth workflow and data processing of excel sheet for documentation.
