A key component of the role was managing analytics of results, direction of target marketing, student retention, dropout rates etc.

As the founder and director, I took the company from start- up stages to providing teachers for our network of over 50 different schools across China and a network of recruiters ranging across four countries.

Director Of Studies

Having responsibility for the entire academic department, over 18 months I successfully opened three centres and managed two of them concurrently for EF Education First, China growing the Nanjing franchise as part of their ambitious expansion plans. I recruited and trained a team of teachers from the school’s opening to a team of 20, achieving among top results in the country, winning a national award with the school, and a citywide award as outstanding employee of the year.
