Building enterprise cloud data environments with robust data reliability, monitored by anomaly detection, and sourcing first and third party datasets that support the Digital organization's needs for reporting, analysis, and business optimization. ~ Developed a proprietary Anomaly Detection system within the Google Cloud Platform environment using Python machine learning algorithms that monitor thousands of key business metrics for outliers-- particularly those caused by data collection or data quality issues. ~ Integrating Anomaly Detection with real-time Slack alert messaging for immediate notification and issue resolution. ~ Developed a proprietary subscription-based anomaly notification system that uses AI classification modeling to automatically label newly tracked key metrics and providing flexibility for stakeholders to subscribe to alerts at any level-- from the most granular to the most broad. ~ Managed a development team focused on migrating from Teradata to Azure a Customer Journey system sourcing customer interactions and transactions (online and offline) and then generating journey intentions and journey maps.
