CASH OFFICER/ANALYST

1. Developed and maintained interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for tracking Key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer satisfaction ratings, turnaround time, error rates in transaction processing and volume of treated requests. 2. Conducted thorough data analysis using Excel spreadsheet and Power BI to drive insights into customer transaction patterns on Automated Teller Machines (ATMs): Cash flow analysis; Customer activity type, Cash withdrawals and Deposits trend, Service requests, dispense errors and camera footages. 3. Performed Monthly data scheduling, reporting and remittance of customer TAX (PAYE, VAT and WHT) to collecting TAX agencies using application of Microsoft Excel.
