▪ Established the statistical modeling area for credit and collection from the ground up, achieving significant increases in recovery rates, cost savings, and streamlining the entire process through automation. ▪ Developed 300+ behavioral and historical variables for clients. ▪ Data modeling techniques including sampling, clustering, regression, boosting, random forest, among others. ▪ Implemented end-to-end Collection Score models and devised strategies based on score, delay, and client contact. ▪ Monitored stability of models (daily and monthly) using diagnostic measures. ▪ Created reports for segmented recovery analysis by collection actions. ▪ Adapted policies to mitigate credit risk, enhance debt recovery and achieve cost savings. ▪ Led the modeling and forecasting of time series for Provision for Doubtful Debtors (PDD), enhancing oversight and preparation for financial provisions. ▪ Executed accounts receivable ETL and developed a dashboard for weekly PDD analysis. ▪ Conducted modeling for granting credit limits to new and inactive clients.
