I Improved customer retention by over 30 percent I conducted data preparation including cleaning and standardization using python and R I visualized data using ggplot in R and seaburn and matplotlib in python I Performed classification tasks with algorithms such as logistic regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree and Naive Bayes I performed unsupervised machine learning tasks including Principal Component Analysis, Kmeans and Hierarchical clustering. I Created a house price prediction model which improved the decision making of the client company by about 70 percent I Created a customer segmentation model that provided some insight into a business customer base and their specific features
