Business Process Analyst

David Phillips is the largest residential & contract furniture and specialist service provider for landlords & property professionals in the UK with approximately 400 employees. Since working in this role, I have learnt and used the Microsoft BI Stack with ETL & Data Warehousing to provide a best practice data and reporting platform with daily, weekly and monthly scheduled reports. I have used a tabular model for the platform and have experience in using multidimensional models. In addition to BI Development, I provide support to VBA based tools and build ad-hoc SQL and DAX reports. The company has recently upgraded its ERP system to NAV 2017 and servers to Azure. I have been heavily involved with the project and updated all reporting systems to work with the new setup. This required a lot of long hours and was been deemed a great success by the Executive team.
