•Designed a person-centred viral load monitoring model in the community to evaluate its impact on satisfaction. •Developed study protocol to evaluate the implementation of the community viral load monitoring in 10 healthcare facilities and generate evidence on the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the model of care to improve viral load coverage. • Developed training materials for community lay cadres, including SOPs for viral load sample collection, enhanced adherence counselling guidance and demand generation materials. •Support community mobilisation efforts and U=U information dissemination, through collaboration with the community implementing partner. •Developed and costed the national viral load scale-up plan for 2021 – 2026.

●Increased the contraceptive prevalence rate from 64% to 99.2% among adolescent girls and women in 10 hospitals by establishing and implementing a Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV Integrated resupply model to generate evidence on the feasibility and applicability of the model in 10 hospitals. ●Catalysed phased adoption and scale-up of new treatment regimen pediatric Dolutegravir (pDTG) through capacity building (246 health workers), catalytic procurement (18,600 patient courses), and strategic and policy documents update, resulting in 2,340 children living with HIV transitioned to pDTG in 13 hospitals. • Provide technical assistance to Ministry of Health through analysis of country- level data to support forecasting and quantification of HIV medications for improved forecast accuracy and minimized product loss • Served as secretariat for the COVID-19 Laboratory services response pillar and developed the group’s operational plan and assisted with costing the laboratory needs based on the national testing targets • Support the catalytic introduction of advanced HIV disease point of care diagnostics and optimal medicines for the management of opportunistic infections to support decentralisation of advanced HIV disease management to lower-level healthcare facilities ●Published two abstracts, one presented orally at the ICASA 2021 conference on the SRH/HIV integrated resupply model and one abstract with the Journal of International AIDS Society, which was accepted for e-poster presentation at HIV Glasgow 2022. ●Led data collection, analysis and report writing of the 2021 pediatric weight band analysis in 22 high-volume health facilities to ascertain the weight distribution of children living with HIV to inform treatment forecasting and quantification. ●Co-authored the pediatric treatment section of the 2023 National HIV Prevention and Treatment Guidelines. ●Grant writing: Supported proposal development for 3+ successful grants.

Research Assistant (Data Collection)

Point of Care (POC) testing for Early infant Diagnosis • Project aims to monitor the improvement in collection of results by caregivers to increase the efficiency of determining HIV status and reduce HIV-related morbidity and mortality in infants. Adolescent Transition Dynamics Assessment • Collected longitudinal data (1999 – 2018) from both paper and electronic patient records to assess transition dynamics from Paediatric to Adult facility- based care among adolescents and young people living with HIV. • Interviewed key informants at each health facility selected for the study. SMS Frontline Pilot Project • Extracted data from Infant Diagnosis Registers and uploaded on the database monthly. • Data showed a 67% improvement in turnaround time of results after Dry Blood Samples (DBS) are collected from the clinics and the time that health facilities receive SMS results. The aim of the project is to increase and improve early infant diagnosis of HIV and initiation on ART Demand-Driven Evaluations for Decisions (3DE) Program – PrEP Study • Conducted in-depth interviews to explore client perspectives on uptake, adherence, continuation and cessation of Oral Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV. • Transcribed interview recordings and arranged data for analysis

● Supported the overall programme operations including program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of work plans to ensure the effective execution of the projects ● Implemented programmes aimed at increasing access of young people and adolescents to HIV prevention and sexual and reproductive health promotion services in line with national guidelines and targets ● Contributed to the development of activity monitoring and progress reports, briefings, proposals, reports, communications and advocacy documents required for strategic decision making. ● Served as the Southern Africa SRHR Trust project lead for the implementation of an SRH intervention which aims to increase the number of young people accessing and utilising SRH and HIV services in Mutasa and Hopley Districts through youth-led comprehensive sexuality education sessions and community dialogues ● Facilitated and supported the implementation of Right Here Right Now Zimbabwe Platform activities which include advocating for access to comprehensive youth-friendly services; access to comprehensive information and meaningful participation of young people in decision making ● Trained and built capacity of youth on social accountability, data collection and reporting, evidence-based SRHR advocacy and youth-friendly service provision: a) Trained 12 Youth Champions from Zambia and Zimbabwe on SRH and topics covered included menstrual health management, HIV and STI prevention, gender, sexuality, contraception, advocacy and youth-led social accountability b) Trained 98 data reporters aged between 18 – 24 on Youth Friendly Service Provision standards and how to assess and clinics and hospitals on youth friendliness as per the National Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health Strategy ● Secured a HIVOS ASRH Capacity Strengthening Programme funding of $25000
