Designed and maintained AWS-based ETL pipelines using Lambda to ingest, validate, and process sensor data from multiple formats (CSV, DAT, XLSX). Implemented checksum validation with AWS Lambda, ensuring 99.99% data integrity before ingestion. Optimized S3-based data architecture, structuring raw, processed, archive data for efficient access. Implemented robust error handling in AWS Lambda to detect, track, and manage corrupted or failed files, logging detailed insights in Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and debugging, ensuring data quality and reliability. Automated data transformation workflows using an event-driven approach with S3-triggered Lambda and SQS, ensuring efficient processing. Collaborated with security and infrastructure teams to integrate role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption for secure data storage in S3 and PostgreSQL, ensuring compliance with best practices. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Data Analysts, BI Developers) in Agile sprints, refining data models and ETL workflows to meet evolving business needs. Documented ETL workflows, data lineage, and troubleshooting playbooks, improving onboarding, knowledge transfer, and cross team collaboration.
