On a daily basis solved 5-6 complex tickets and also reviewed team-mates tickets before creating a Jira for engineering team intervention which hones my problem solving and communication skills • Identified and escalated urgent issues such as platform slowness, channel Application Program Interface(API) failures, also tracked and reported on error trends in the channel API. • Queried the channel API to cross verify data and grabbed missing social media messages to customers. • Queried database to verify backend properties set and helped customers • Tuned machine learning sentiment model using the latest words provided by client and customized the model according to the their needs, sentiment model provided accuracy greater than 80%.
